Organizational Behavior
This course can be used as a study resource, for professional development, or to earn college credit by passing a DSST™ exam (multiple-choice examination). Organizational behavior is the structured study of how people–individually or in groups–act within business organizations. With the thoughtful application of this understanding, companies can build organizational structures to help people act and perform more effectively. As an applied science, information gained about effective practices in one organization can be applied to others.
This course covers topics such as scientific approaches; research designs; data collection methods; individual processes and characteristics; interpersonal and group processes; organizational processes; change and development processes.

Organizational Behavior
Organizational behavior (OB) or organisational behaviour is the: “study of human behavior in organizational settings, the interface between human behavior and the organization, and the organization itself”. OB research can be categorized in at least three ways: individuals in organizations (micro-level), work groups (meso-level) & how organizations behave (macro-level)*
The exam contains 100 questions to be answered in 2 hours.
